Precision Windows & Roofing

Precision Windows & Roofing is a roofing company working out of a shop on Midland Avenue in Garfield. It repairs and replaces roofs and installs gutters, siding, chimneys and skylights for homes and businesses. It also does windows and glass: replacement windows, window and sliding door repair, broken and fogged glass, glass shower enclosures, interior glass doors and commercial storefront glass. It traded as Precision Windows & Glass before it took on roofing.

The Garfield shop has a walk-in counter for work that can be carried in. Customers bring torn screens, a sash with a cracked pane, or measurements for glass, plexiglass or acrylic cut to size. The company says simple cuts and screen repairs are often done during the visit, that tempered and double-pane units are made to order for pickup, and that counter work costs less than a house call because nobody has to drive out.

For installations and repairs on site, the crew travels to homes and businesses throughout New Jersey. The company says same-day service is standard in Bergen County and depends on the schedule elsewhere. It describes itself as woman-owned and family-run, lists GAF certification for its roofing work, and offers service in Spanish.
