Robo Facility Services: a new cleaning company's website with a path for buildings and a path for homes

Robo Facility Services is a cleaning company in Bergen County that formed in 2026 and is taking on its first accounts. It offers cleaning of offices, medical suites, warehouses and new construction to building managers, and house cleaning to homeowners. With no reviews or job history yet, the website we built had to earn trust with specific information a buyer can check, send each kind of buyer to the right request form, and show up on Google for the services and towns on its business profile.

For buyers

Two kinds of buyer, one request form

  • Building or home, from the first screen

The homepage splits visitors into "for your building" and "for your home", then maps the county into five service corridors, from the Meadowlands to northwest Bergen, each linked to its own page.

  • A walkthrough request that adapts

Commercial requests ask for the type of space and square footage; home requests ask for bedrooms and bathrooms. Errors are explained in plain words, and the form works even with JavaScript turned off.

  • No request goes missing

Requests reach the owner by email right away. If delivery ever fails, the full request is kept so it can be recovered, and the visitor is asked to call instead of seeing a false "sent" message.

  • Phone taps with context

Every tap on the phone number or email address records the page and the link used, and the owner gets one summary email a day.

  • A call bar on phones

On sales pages, a bottom bar keeps Call and Request a walkthrough within thumb reach.

Trust

Earning trust as a new company

A new business has no track record to point to, so the site gives buyers facts they can verify.

  • Credentials a buyer can check

The credentials page shows the state registration and walks a buyer through the New Jersey lookups to confirm it. It explains what "bonded and insured" covers and says plainly what the company does not claim.

  • Cost guides with sources

Guides for commercial and house cleaning explain how a quote is built from labor, what moves the price and how to compare two bids. Every figure is sourced and dated, with New Jersey sales tax as its own line.

  • Buyer guides on New Jersey rules

Long guides cover New Jersey's ABC test for cleaning contractors, how to get out of a cleaning contract and how towns and school districts buy cleaning, with each law citation linked to the original source.

Local pages

A page for each service and ten towns

Service pages match the names on the company's Google Business Profile word for word: office and janitorial, medical and dental, warehouse, post-construction, common areas, car dealerships, house cleaning, deep cleaning and move-out cleaning.

Ten town pages each start from a real local rule, such as Wyckoff's curbside collection hours, Franklin Lakes' alarm ordinance or Paramus' rule on Sunday work, so no two are rewrites of each other. The sitemap listed 31 URLs on October 6, 2026. Our Bergen County page covers how we plan local pages here, and local SEO covers the ongoing work.

Search

Getting found on Google

What is in place so Google can find, read and trust the site. We don't publish a client's traffic or rankings.

  • In place: Services match the Google Business Profile

Service names, service-area towns and hours on the site match the business profile, and every build checks that they still do.

  • In place: Every page in the sitemap, dated by real edits

Each sitemap date comes from the page's own last change, not the day of the latest release.

  • In place: Business details Google can read

One connected business record covers the company, its services and its towns, each town linked to its public Wikidata entry.

  • In place: One web address

The www address forwards to the main domain, the preview address is hidden from search, and no address ends in a stray slash.

  • In place: Open to AI answer tools

The robots file lets the AI answer services read the site, so its guides can be cited in AI search results.

Under the hood

How it's built

The checks that keep a small site accurate as it grows.

  • Next.js and plain CSS

Every page is generated ahead of time with Next.js, styled with plain CSS and self-hosted fonts, with no scheduled rebuilds to run up hosting costs. It is a custom web development build.

  • A build that blocks unsupported claims

An honesty check scans every page for marketing language the company cannot back up, such as "trusted by" or "our crews", and stops the release if it finds any.

  • SEO checks on every build

About 64 checks cover title and description length, one main heading per page, heading order, canonical addresses, sitemap coverage, orphan pages, broken links and breadcrumbs. A doorway-page detector compares every pair of pages and fails the build if two read too much alike.

  • One connected business record

The structured data describes a single service-area business with no street address published, its ten services in two groups, and each town linked to its entry in Wikidata, the free public knowledge base.

  • Alerts that survive an email outage

Taps are saved to file storage on the host (Vercel Blob), and a daily scheduled job sums them up and clears them only after the summary email is sent.
