Keep every customer and job on one board

Add a lead, move cards from new lead to estimate sent to won, and see who needs a call back today. It is the kind of customer board we build into office software. Sample customers, nothing is saved.

On a computer, drag cards between columns or use the arrow buttons. On a phone, pick a stage from the list. Nothing here is saved or sent.

Step by step

How to use it

The same steps the Show me how button walks you through in the window, one at a time.

  1. Everything at a glance

See how many customers are at each step and how many need a call back today.

  2. Add a lead in seconds

Took a phone call? Add the name and what they asked about. It lands in New lead.

  3. Each card is a customer

It shows what they asked about, where they found you and when to call back. Gold means call them today.

  4. Move cards as jobs move

Drag a card to another column or use the arrow buttons. On a phone, pick the stage from the list. The next call-back day is set for you.

  5. Know why jobs are lost

Marking a lead lost asks for a reason, so you can spot patterns later, like losing on price.

The real thing

What the real version does

The office software we built for a home-exterior contractor runs a board like this on the owner’s phone.

  • Website leads arrive on their own

Chats and booking requests from the website become customers and jobs by themselves, tagged so the urgent ones stand out.

  • Nothing is thrown away

Customers are archived, never deleted, and every note and change to a job is kept with its date.

  • One tap after each call

Buttons for called, no answer and inspection booked add the note and set the next reminder in one tap.

Questions

Common questions

Is this a full CRM?

It is one screen of one. The software we build around it adds the calendar, reminders, each customer’s full history and leads from your website.

Is anything saved?

No. The customers are made up, and your changes are forgotten when you leave the page.

Under the hood

How it's built

For the technically curious. This is part of our custom software work.

Each card is a customer with a stage, where they found you and a call-back date. Moving a card sets the next call-back day for its new stage, and marking a job lost asks for the reason, so patterns like losing on price show up later.

Cards move by dragging on a computer, or with buttons and a stage list on a phone, so the board also works with a keyboard and a screen reader.
